La date du 24 janvier 2019 restera grav\u00e9e \u00e0 jamais dans l\u2019histoire moderne de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo au m\u00eame titre que celle de son accession \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 nationale et internationale en 1960.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contre toute pr\u00e9diction apocalyptique qu\u2019inspirait l\u2019issue des \u00e9lections de d\u00e9cembre 2018, l\u2019alternance politique tant esp\u00e9r\u00e9e s\u2019est, enfin, concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re pacifique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment devant les juges de la Cour constitutionnelle, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une foule venue assister \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de haute prot\u00e9e historique. Dans son discours d\u2019investiture, le nouveau Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a fait savoir \u00e0 l\u2019opinion tant nationale qu\u2019internationale que la victoire que c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le peuple congolais, n\u2019est pas celle d\u2019un camp contre un autre, mais celle de tous les congolais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apr\u00e8s avoir bross\u00e9 l\u2019essentiel de ses actions pour les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a exhort\u00e9 le peuple congolais \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la paix et \u00e0 bannir le tribalisme, le r\u00e9gionalisme et l\u2019exclusion. Il s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie de ses concitoyens et \u00e0 promouvoir un \u00c9tat de droit o\u00f9 tous seront \u00e9gaux devant la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le nouveau Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre le “Pr\u00e9sident de tous les congolais”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apr\u00e8s 59 ans d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, le pays n\u2019a jamais connu une passation pacifique du pouvoir entre un Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique sortant et un Pr\u00e9sident entrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour rappel, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu la base d\u2019un ambitieux programme qu\u2019il partage d’un commun accord avec le Front Commun pour le Congo (FCC) dans le cadre d’une coalition gouvernementale, CACH\/FCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
